Technician did a great job! He arrived within the window time frame I was scheduled for. He explained everything to me step by step beforehand and after care instructions. We were very pleased with the cleaning and the 2 cleaners that came to the house. There was some staining on the carpets of unknown age, and they were able to get almost all of these out. They were hard working and very respectful and polite.

There was difficulty getting the large vent covers off ( I had my place painted a couple years ago and the painter couldn't get it off either from years of being painted over)> The tech was diligent and was able to finally get them off!!!!
