In April 2023 he coordinated and executed the delivery and install on our swim spa and everything went according to plan even though he couldn't physically be there due to unforeseen circumstances. He has definitely fostered strong working relationships with all the vendors he uses to the point that even in his absence all moving parts worked effortlessly together.
