We have used Ziccardi Builders for two major remodel projects and a new roof in our home. The crew has always been friendly, professional, prompt, and communicative throughout the projects. They worked hard to minimize the disruption to our lives while we lived in our home during the remodel. The quality of the work is fantastic and we would highly recommend!
Joe, and his team did an excellent Job on giving my home a needed facelift. Replacing the roof, siding gutters, extending an existing roof line to cover the new porch. then replacing the old worn out Kitchen counters and installing a new sink, sink base and dishwasher. Thanks Joe and Steve for a Job well done.
After owning our summer home at Conneaut Lake for 26 years, it was due for a facelift. We met with 4 contractors in the area and chose J.C. Ziccardi Builders. We are so glad that we did. Even in the middle of a pandemic, with materials in short supply, the job was completed within the time quoted. Not only was their timeliness appreciated, but Joe, Jan, and the crews could not have been better to work with.
