Came here for an oil change for the first time this weekend. I had previously used some of the bigger franchises for my oil change, I'd thought I use a local place for once. Was pleasantly surprised. Service was surprisingly quicker than I thought it would be and workers were friendly. Definitely will come back in the future. I found out they offer car detailing at a reasonable price. Plan on coming back to try that service in the near future.
The BEST! I have been going for almost six months and the service and customer service is AMAZING. The staff is professional and courteous (Lady Manager & Mr. Bob). Their recommendations are actually warranted and not a scam trying to sell you something. The lady and my service dog are buddies and you are not sitting around for long periods of time...they get you in and out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will continue to get my services from Premium Lube Express! Keep doing what you do you're doing a great job!
I love coming here for my oil change. Once a year, I have to take it to Car Sense to have the oil change but in between I take it here. The customer service is excellent! I never have a long wait! They vacuum your car and give you a free car wash. I have referred them to my friends.
