Honest family business with integrity. Very hard to find in this field. I'm going to review two other companies that tried to quote me for work before Ollis for perspective and to help understand why Ollis deserves five stars. Then below I'll review Ollis who i finally went with. First the other companies. Jim's, and Omega. Stay away! Called these two local companies that were supposedly near me in Havertown, and ended up with a farmed out appointment to the same third party vendor, "premium home service" twice. Great service all around from Sandy in the office to Joe the technician!! Called early Monday morning and Joe showed up first thing Tuesday morning. Joe had the door working in no time, repairs made to the cable and track as well as some needed maintenance. Great service along with a great price!Thanks so much.

This is such an awesome family owned business. I called on a Monday because my garage door opener died and here it is Wednesday. 2 days later, and it's been replaced and I'm super happy. Joe, the installer, is a real sweetheart! A few years ago, I had Ollis replace my garage doors, and they did a wonderful job, as well. I would recommend this company to anyone needing doors or openers! The best and wonderful customer service. Thank you, Ollis Brothers This is why you're in business all these years!
