I love this studio! I’m new to yoga and everyone has been so kind and helpful. Each instructor is experienced and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve found that I leave every class with a meaningful message which has been a huge positive in my life.I enjoy the temperature of the hot classes (95°) and the music is great. I love how many different types of classes are offered too.I highly recommend this studio for all skill levels!
I started yoga as an ongoing part of PT for a musculoskeletal disorder. This studio is the bees knees, super relaxing and everyone is very nice. The classes help a lot, I always leave feeling better
I went there on Thursday night for the intro class and I really enjoyed it. I really liked the mood lighting and music. It was very relaxing. Beth the instructor couldn’t have been nicer. I highly recommend this place. I left feeling as though I just got a massage.
