About Yoga for Eating Disorders (Virtual Programs & Yoga Therapy)
Yoga for Eating Disorders is a virtual school that offers a range of programs, including yoga therapy, writing, book discussion groups, and continuing education for professionals. The organization fills a gap in healing opportunities for those affected by eating disorders worldwide, and its community is welcoming and inclusive to people of all backgrounds. The school's programs are trauma-informed and social-justice-informed, making them a valuable resource for yoga therapists and professionals looking to support healing and recovery. The community is led by compassionate and knowledgeable leaders, including Jennifer Kreatsoulas, PhD, C-IAYT, and Jessica Grosman, who offer gentle and soothing yoga practices that blend movement, breath, and philosophy. Each experience with Yoga for Eating Disorders is personally healing and helps individuals show up as their best selves to share with others and support the recovery movement.

Jennifer is also a kind and compassionate human. I'll never forget her encouragement to teach in a way that's more authentic to me.

Jennifer and the community she has created were very welcoming and generous. I am grateful that Y4ED continues to serve everyone who is interested in healing from disordered eating through Yoga.
