We had a great experience with Salter and would absolutely purchase another staircase from them in the future. Ours was a DIY job that took roughly 2 days of casual labor to assemble between myself and my husband. All necessary parts were included and in perfect condition, instructions were clear, and everything was shipped/delivered on time. From a project planning perspective we couldn’t have asked for more. Also, the staircase is beautiful and exactly what we needed!
