“I tore my left ACL while playing volleyball and went through ACL reconstruction. Post surgery, I experienced pain and swelling after every PT session. I visited three different PTs over the course of two years and all I used to get was that my knee is a puzzle. To be honest, I didn't have much hope when I first visited Supriya at Potential. Lack of strength, instability and flexibility were major concerns two years after the surgery.Supriya analyzed and spent time to make me aware of the underlying problem. I never got the confidence earlier that my problem will be solved or realistic timeline of rehab. “I am presently undergoing my first experience with physical therapy, with Ted Ellis, from Main Line Physical Therapy. This has been a fantastic experience! I was sent, to Ted, by my doctor, to address pain in one knee, overall pain in my back and legs, along with numbness in my feet. Ted is extremely knowledgeable and personally attentive. After 4 visits, I am feeling relief from the pains that have been plaguing me for 2 years. I still have several visits scheduled for my pain, but, for the first time, in 2 years, I am hopeful that my pain and numbness will be addressed.“
