It was very easy to schedule the appointment and I received a text from KB Electric when Dave was on his way and I also received a phone call from Dave giving me his time of arrival! Dave was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and had the new ceiling fan installed in record time! I asked if he could give me a recommendation of what to purchase to replace two old exhaust fans in my bathrooms which he did! Dave also had enough time at my request to replace a faulty switch in my basement! Dave also mentioned that his company provides a free service to inspect the circuit panel box and electrical outlets that are within 6 feet of water and I promptly agreed to this inspection and received a report if there were any concerns and a thorough explanation by Dave ! I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend KB electric for your electrical service needs in your home! I will definitely be calling to have the bathroom exhaust fans installed!“
