Despite him not being a patient , they took him in within 20 minutes of our call! Another time was taking care of my mother while she was visiting from out of town. “5+ stars. I had an emotionally scarring experience with a former dentist that left me incredibly anxious at the thought of dental work. Dr. Volkova and her team are PROS at easing my anxiety reassuring me, and never making me feel like the great big baby I am. And before I realize it, the work is done and my teeth are back to beautiful. LOL I would recommend her to anyone, but especially patients with a little dental trauma, she's very good at walking you through the process and talking you through what you need to know to relax as much as you can. I had two fillings replaced today, and she took her time numbing me, and I absolutely did not feel a thing.“

“I had been a patient of Dr. Smith for many years and unfortunately had to leave when my insurance changed. I saw another dentist for a while who took my insurance but the care was never as good - leading up to an issue where I returned to Dr. Smith to fix. At this point, I'm happy to make up the difference between what my insurance will cover and how the practice bills. The extra money is well worth the personalized and caring service that I receive from the office. Never leaving again!“

“Going to Lanap is like going to a dental spa! The environment is lovely and everyone is warm and friendly. I had a most through cleaning and then an evaluation by the Dr. Kadri! What a delightful woman!!! My hygienist was extremely thorough. It was recommended that I start using an Oral-B toothbrush. I ran out to Costco to buy one and it is amazing. I know that my next visits will be even better.

Although I have to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed, the administrative staff are quick to turn those forms around. I was amazed at how quickly I received my reimbursement.

The final draw for me is that this office is actually walking distance from my home in Trappe. I had been driving to Plymouth Meeting for years. I'm grateful to have found Lanap!“
