Called Cope for one issue, liked them so much I had them take care of two! Norm and Jacob were prompt, professional, friendly, and informative. They investigated, talked through what they found, explained options, let me decide what I preferred, and then executed efficiently! Best recommendation I can make: I'm having them come back for some other projects, and I look forward to working with them. I don't want the cheapest; I want it done right. Working with Drew and the COPE team was a fantastic experience! Drew was highly responsive and performed a thorough diagnostic visit to fully assess the issue. The work was performed with high quality and care. COPE believes completely solving your issue / request and making sure the work is done once and done the right way. Throughout the process, the communication with the team at our house and in the office was excellent. A full gallery of photos and videos allowed us to know exactly what work was performed each step of the way. The work was performed ahead of schedule. It was a pleasure working with Drew and the COPE team. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner.

Some crazy wind broke off a piece of our siding/flashing way up on the front of our house. I messaged Cope and although they weren’t technically open yet, someone responded and had a team out for repairs in under 2 hours (this alone is mind blowing, at a time when people in this industry hardly ever even respond!). The team took their time completing the job to ensure it won’t happen again. This was the second time I’ve used them for repairs and I’m equally impressed as the first. Highly recommend!!!
