Thank you to Joel, who was super helpful with helping us replace a broken heater part. He went above and beyond to help my dad with this, and even called the manufacturer and checked on our hot water heater warranty. He helped us order the part we needed directly from them, rather than having us try to navigate contacting them on our own. He walked us through the process and made sure we were set. Personal customer service, above and beyond what most retail stores offer, doesn't matter if someone is behind you, when your at the counter, with the representative, your the only customer in the premises. Knowledgeable, and fimiliar with anything plumbing or HVAC related. I'm a professional tradesman, and I've seen non trades people ( home owners) get the exact same service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Customer service.

Amazing service from the sales staff to the female fork lift operator. Got a great price on a Rheem Marathon water heater. Great Staff and product. Five hours after my first phone call to the Coatesville Store I was taking a beautifully hot shower.
