When I decided to fully renovate my house—expanding the kitchen, adding about 1,500 SF of additional rooms, and replacing the HVAC—my longtime contractor had retired. After over a year of researching local builders, I chose Rittenhouse Builders in Coatesville, PA, and I’m so glad I did.

They took over the architectural plans, made engineering suggestions, assisted with interior design, and handled every detail except relocating me. Eight months after breaking ground, I moved back in ahead of schedule and couldn’t be happier with the results.

We learned about Rittenhouse Builders during a patio renovation ten years ago. Rittenhouse was brought in by our landscaping contractor to design and complete a structure to cover our new patio. George took such time and care to look at our house and patio to create a plan that would look as though the structure had been there for years. Their precision and execution was impeccable!
