“I have a business that uses QuickBooks and QuickBooks POS for our retail walk in customers. I spent 4 hours on a Thursday with Quickbooks tech support. They said they could not help me, my POS would not install or open on one of the workstations we use to check people out. I also googled for a few hours to try to figure it out myself, as a small business owner sometimes you need to be everything, I.T., Marketing etc. etc. In complete frustration I googled local tech support and I just called the first person that came up on the list. That company did not answer the phone and I was listening to a computer ask me to press this or that.
