“We were looking for a few area rugs and visited Lomax in Thorndale and were very pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of styles and colors. Their customer service is excellent. We ended up ordering several area rugs cut to specific sizes.
Unfortunately, there was a slight mix up and a couple of the sizes were missing. I contacted the store and decided to visit in person and had the pleasure of dealing with Sam. Not only did she correct the minor mix up, but went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations.
