This company does our grounds in a 90-unit townhouse type of community - they don't mow, but the mowing company sub-contracts with them for fertilization & weed control. The 2023 result is that our crabgrass is taller & greener than as long as I can remember and other weeds are thriving.Perhaps they do better at a single family house, but we have several acres of what was mainly lawn. They send one guy on a three-wheeler ATV with a spreader attached to the back. What happens is that he goes so fast that the coverage of whatever is being laid down is so sparse, that it's not effective.
