I have been a customer of G.F. Bowman for ten years. Last week my AC decided to stop working!! Stephen was the technician who evaluated the system and explained to me what the issue was.
Stephen was polite and very thorough with his responses to my questions.
What I appreciated the most was Stephen’s ability to answer my questions in a manner that I would understand. Stephen is the expert, not me. Being able to understand the overall plan to remediate the issue made all the difference.

Jermaine did our yearly maintenance on our air conditioner, gas furnace, and hot water heater. He went over step by step of the details including pictures of the completed job. Very thorough.

Robert just came out to do a plumbing inspection for our home. Very impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness, and his concern and advice. Very personable. Our puppies in our cat who loved him as well!
