Hello everyone! I never do surveys, and rarely do reviews. Bouquet and Mulligan are 5 stars plus. they've gone overboard and giving me outstanding and exceptional professionalism for over the past 40 years, that I have been a client of theirs. I knew Dr. Bouquet & Mr. James Mulligan and staff, ever since they existed in Lebanon County. I was born with an eye defect with only vision in one eye. No other eye clinic or optical department knew how to fit glasses properly, had poor selection of frames, and the staff didn't even know how to fit frames, and, most important, making the optics for my needs. Drs.& employees are second to none. Mr. Mulligan always runs a tight ship, and has never let me down, with his professionalism and expertise, and puts his pride into every patient he sees, along with his staff. They are always spot on. giving you a professional opinions, suggestions, and bar none service. They are there for you.. End of story!
