WORSE SERVICE EVER!! Call day before vacation for a clog, plumber was very sloppy, removed pipes to get to clog making a mess everywhere. Returned from vacation and the shower was leaking, called them and told him I just had a clog removed and now pipe leaks??!! Same plumber comes out, makes a mess again and does NOT tell me what he's doing and changes pipes (that's fine) but how do pipes (copper) crack in the first place. Then he changes my drain from a brand new bath fitters drain set up to one that you can't even take baths with. Why did he not tell me this, why did he not inform me of any replacement parts?? He leaves and I inspect work and to my surprise I see the drain and call company to get my set up put back. He calls me back and said I would have to pay for them to install a drain stop in my overflow valve to take baths!!!! Really I didn't ask for new drain or your employee to crack my pipes and then you send me a bill!!!! NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY!! They do not stand by their work or quality of service provided!!

Came to our house, tore apart our gas fireplace, then never came back to fix it. Called multiple times and left multiple voicemails . Never returned our calls. Don't waste your time with these people
