I called Wayne regarding a leak in my tankless hot water heater. Even though he couldn’t come out he was kind enough to call me twice to give me advice on how to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. I did not end up using him for the fix but was very impressed with his knowledge, responsiveness and willingness to help me. I would certainly use him in the future.

From a late night call at 11pm with an immediate call back to a simple appt to fix and install a new faucet, the service is beyond reproach. And the promptness of returning calls and keeping appointment times is first class. Have had this company at our home on 3 separate occasions and have had no complaints.
