I called on a Friday looking to get service with a sink repair but my biggest need was to have grab bars installed around a tub and a shower. I was coming from DC to Clarks Summit for the day to get this and other issues handled for my parents. I tried another plumber, who as I'm driving to Clarks Summit, let me know they weren't able to keep the appointment we had set and I was in a bind. I read the other comments about Preferred Plumbing and called Joe. I am so glad that I did! I explained the situation from the road and He and his team were able to come to the house in the late afternoon and stayed well into the evening. I was looking for someone experienced with installing grab bars for seniors and would work with my parents to find the proper placement, use appropriate materials for their needs and place them in a way to give them the support they need in a placement natural to them. Preferred Plumbing stayed as long as it took, treated my parents respectfully and caringly, and when determining placement of the bars, looked after my parents like they were family. With that great experience, I can't impress on you enough that you should use these professionals for yourselves and for your parents. They use good quality supplies and will tell you what is crap, they do expert level work, they provide great caring service and the price is very good.
