I've been to Northeastern Eye Institute for 2 pretty serious situations..most recently a piece of metal in my eye. I was helped very quickly and professionally and can't say enough about the staff and doctors who helped me! These are not people you see often but when in need I sure am glad they are there to help!
I had an appointment on May 16th with Dr. Flickinger and it was my first time at that location. My experience was absolutely wonderful and I loved her. The whole staff was great from start to finish. I have to give a big shout out to Gerald who helped me pick out new frames . I would recommend anyone to go to that office .
Office staff is efficient. Matt and Kathy who preps you for the doctor are great as well...Dr Fratelli' is extremely knowledgeable , pleasant, and professional. The best opthalmologist I have ever been to and have been going to them a very long time.I highly recommend her .
