I am impressed with the speed that Luton’s deals with problems. They installed a new heat pump for us last year. We were having problems with the heat pump in this very cold weather. I called this morning and they had a technician to my house by 2:00. John did a great job, fixed the issue and explained what he did. Very impressive - I would highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service.
1/24/2026- My landlord called Luton's to come to my home because, yep, I have no water. The gentleman by the name of Devin or Devon not sure of spelling, but he called me when he was like 10 mins away to discuss my issue. Once here, he was so polite! He spoke to my son and I in terms that we would understand. He contacted my landlord to let him know what was wrong as well. He made sure I was okay and said he will put my order in and on the schedule. He said he was reaching out to Dan today to get things moving. It is a Saturday. It is cold. But Devin or Devon made sure I was taken care. I appreciate your respect and the fast service. I personally give Luton's 100% support!
Lutons saved my kids from being in a freezing home last week! I was desperate - we had multiple things go wrong in our household over the last few weeks. Last week alone were three different things that left us broke, torn down, and exhausted. I called Lutons asking if they billed after service or if they required payment up front. Being first time customers, they required payment up front - I asked the kind lady if she knew anyone who would bill me and told her a couple of the things that continued to go wrong for us and she scheduled someone to come out immediately, and is sending me a bill in the mail. I’ll forever be grateful for her taking a chance on me, never having doing business with me. Now to wait for my bill so I can pay and further my relationship with Lutons down the road.
