“Lutons saved my kids from being in a freezing home last week! I was desperate - we had multiple things go wrong in our household over the last few weeks. Last week alone were three different things that left us broke, torn down, and exhausted. I called Lutons asking if they billed after service or if they required payment up front. Being first time customers, they required payment up front - I asked the kind lady if she knew anyone who would bill me and told her a couple of the things that continued to go wrong for us and she scheduled someone to come out immediately, and is sending me a bill in the mail. I’ll forever be grateful for her taking a chance on me, never having doing business with me. Now to wait for my bill so I can pay and further my relationship with Lutons down the road.
