I needed to send flowers to my sister and gave Jim's a try. I worked with a very nice lady named Debbie. My only direction was to put together an informal arrangement with the freshest flowers they had on hand, but not to include lilies. They put together a really beautiful bouquet that surpassed my expectations it was probably close to 20 stems of lots of pretty, complementary flowers. And it was less than 2 hours from the time I called until it was delivered to my sister, also in Clairton. There is really something to say about old-fashioned, locally owned small businesses and I'm so glad I found this florist. I will definitely use them again.

I live in Florida. From Glassport. Jim’s Flower Shop has never disappointed. I had been so disappointed with FTD, 800 flowers, etc. found Jim’s and will never use any other florist again for hometown flower delivery! Beautiful work and exceptional service. 10 stars!!!!! Thank you, Jim’s Flowers!!!

Just exceptional service!!!! We placed an order in the AM and even had a small change request to the card text after the order was placed and they handled it with ease. Order was delivered a few hours later and looked amazing!! Thank you, thank you!!! Highly recommended Jim's Flower Shop!!!! Wish there were 10 stars to give!!
