I loved my eye shadow, eyeliner is something I would typically never do but it looked great!, the clusters helped fill in my lash lift, and all the products were clean. When I returned to the burgh after 30 plus years in San Francisco, I was in need of a new stylist who also had access to my unusual hair color products due to my skin sensitivities. From my first phone call with Dawn, I decided not to even look anywhere else. Even though she didn't stock my color, she searched far and wide to find it. She also kept me posted every step of the way, on when it would come in from the distributor, as it was a special order. I know from her calls to me that she made several trips to retrieve it, as the distributor sent her the wrong shade the first time around. Her customer service is beyond phenomenal. When it came time for my appointment, not only did match my color perfectly, she's actually improved upon the cut! Now I go to her all of the time and she even stocks my sensitive skin shampoo, conditioner and styling gel. If you want a great cut and color, and have sensitivities to hair products, Dawn listens and helps find solutions. My other half is also a client of hers, and he loves how she cuts his hair too!“
