I was a student here for years, albeit years ago. Master John is an amazing instructor. The art, discipline, and skills are still with me today. I'd still be a part of it if I lived nearby.

I honestly felt my brain got a lot sharper and more focus than ever. Very fun exerise with out getting hurt physically. Enjoyed this with my daughter. Real bonding experiance. I lost weight by the end of the year. Took up walking in the evenings. I told my 12 year old at home show me what you got. I thought I might end up going to hospital for a few moments. She really kicked me so hard. She Felt so bad' as she didnt know her own strength. The following day I had a fall and broke my toe.

My son has attended for 9 months and loves Hapkido. It's a family friendly environment. I enjoy not only watching my son's grow and learn, I see each child grow and succeed. This art will change you.
