Amazing service! Sometimes a woman in a "typically" man's world is treated with impatience and with an attitude that feels like "I likely don't know what I'm doing". The 3 gentlemen experts that I talked with today talked to me as an equal, who might know what she's doing. You know what, they were right. With their help and guidance, I fixed a clogged drain. My hat is off for each of you!

I'm a homeowner and doing it myself. I had a very pleasant experience here today. I brought pictures and didn't know exactly what parts I needed and the guy at the counter was super awesome and patiently walked through each step and we worked together to come up with the solution and all the right parts. There was none of that condescending attitude I've gotten at other places sometimes. Thank you US Supply! I'll be back!
