Everyone was awesome!!! They really took time to listen to you and everyone was soooo nice and caring at the Charleroi office .
I want to start out by saying this place is phenomenal from the front desk staff to dr martinelli So here’s my story I had a routine eye exam on Tuesday and was told that I could possibly have glaucoma & to seek a specialist , well that just floored me because I’m 45 years old not that really age has anything to do with it but I have never been told anything was wrong with my eyes ever in my entire life so yesterday I search Glaucoma specialist’s in my area and of course Martinelli Eye clinic came up and I’ve heard a lot of really good things about them , a lot !!!! so I called and I’m quite nervous as I said , here I am thinking I have a really serious problem going on and the receptionist was so nice she calmed my fears and told me that if something was wrong they would be able to know immediately and if I had pressure in my eye they would give me drops and that right there gave me a lot of hope and relief but then fast forward to today I had my appointment they squeezed me in and I met the wonderful Dr. Martinelli who went above and beyond to explain everything to me it turns out, thank the Lord above , I do not have glaucoma , he said I was born with my eyes like that , so I do have to get monitored yearly but thank you Lord like I said I do not have any Loss of sight but he just took the time to tell me everything and his whole staff was just so great I just cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for this place
