Attended my Aunt Betty's funeral on 9/19/24. The staff was very friendly and made every effort to make sure the family and friends were taken care of. The set up was very detailed and the services were very well structured and were done very professional! I would give a very high recommendation.
Everyone at Thomas L Geisel Funeral Home was professional and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond in helping us to make a service that honored my father-in-law and was all about him. Everything we asked for they were there to help with. They called, sent emails and text messages to see if we needed anything at all. We were very pleased with everything!
Growing up in Chambersburg, the Geisel family…was like family.
When my father unexpectedly passed while on vacation, my first phone call was to them. They handled all the details of transporting, intimate family viewing and larger service seamlessly. What makes this bittersweet for me, my father was a craftsman and completed work at the funeral home. Anytime we go there for the passing of a loved one, I can see my father’s work at the front desk. Those little touches are moments that can help bring peace, even after all this time.
