Simple Choice Cremation was incredible to my family during the sudden death of our mother while she was out of town, visiting Chambersburg. They went above and beyond to bring us comfort and peace, while making her arrangements stress-free. Erika was on top of everything, even though my mother passed the day before Thanksgiving. They quickly took care of my mother’s remains and left me feeling reassured while they handled everything for me. My mother’s cremains were mailed to me very quickly and with such care. We recently used SimpleChoice's services and facility for my father's funeral (traditional burial, not a cremation). The rating is much more of a reflection of the staff versus the facility, If you're in need of a fairly informal environment (i.e, non-denominational or non-religious) for a service of 25 or less, the SimpleChoice facility might be a good, economical choice for your family. What the facility lacks from a traditional funeral home perspective, the staff makes up for with their personable nature and sincerity.
