Was seen immediately, x-ray in house, and the doctor came in very quickly. The doctor seemed like I was wasting his time because I had a good prognosis and no fracture. I guess my feet weren’t gross enough for his standards. The office was lacking in personality but got the job done. Not sure I’d go back there because of their kind of pompous bedside manner.

My daughter rolled her ankle and was in immense pain. We saw Dr. Rabourn and he did such an amazing job detailing everything. He was very polite. He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. He’s a very nice guy and we would recommend him to anyone who needs to see a podiatrist. He’s the best in our area. Hands down. Thank you Dr. Rabourn

After suffering for years with ingrown toenails, this last time being so awful that I literally could not wear a shoe on the affected foot, I went to an urgent care as I usually do because I am a truck driver and am never in one place for very long. Urgent care couldn't help me and referred me to Keystone Foot and Ankle. I called and they gave me an appointment for the very next day. The entire staff was so helpful, empathetic and caring. Dr. Pagnanelli worked wonders and even though I was certain I would have some pain from the procedure, I followed his instructions and I have had no pain! Amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and I will forevermore go here for any foot or ankle issues! Thank you for everything!
