Every single time we have to call and order more supplies for my father who is bed bound we're met with the absolute worst attitudes! Nobody there likes their job apparently and make it blatantly known how much of an inconvenience your call is! If there was another medical supply place near him we would use it but unfortunately have no choice right now. And they also never get an order right! We order a specific cannula for his oxygen machine and every single time the bag has 2 good ones and 2 we can't use! My personal opinion is lousy. You have to drive to them to get supplies, they do not deliver. Very rude on phone or office. I switched to Apria in Hagerstown. They over night or come to my home when something is needed. Again, this is my personal opinion from my dealing with them.

I have been waiting since December for a bi pap machine. I was originally told up to 3 weeks. I called the person who answered just said it could be 3 to 6. Never asked my name to check on the order. 3 months later I called and the employee was great. I told her I wanted my account pulled up. They continue to tell theres been no activity since december. Then they tell me once they get the paper work done they will call to schedule a appointment to show me how to operate it. Still have heard nothing. I stop breathing 97 times an hour and oxygen drops to 40. I've been waiting all this time totally crazy
