Outstanding! A tricky air duct cleaning after a heavy smoker departed the apartment. Baxter made it easy because ..to get to the air control unit they had to go through another apartment. The entire Baxter team took care of the scheduling, the cleaning of course, and the care over the process.Thank you! Call me I'll rave some more.

I've had Baxter Environmental Group, Inc. service my house several times. Their employees are always positive, friendly, timely, and communicative. I've learned a lot about controlling water from speaking with their experts. Their CEO & President, Jocelyne Melton, is approachable, extremely knowledgeable, and one of the friendliest people I have met in my life. It's not hard to see how her leadership and values trickle down to every employee at the company. I would highly recommend them!
