I had a wonderful, productive appointment with Dr. Melissa Richard. She is professional, knowledgeable, reassuring, and supportive. The entire staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Betsy has the patience of a saint because she helped me pick out the right frame. Dr. Richard and Neuro-Lens have probably changed my life for the better.

I wanted a new Vision Care Doctor, as well as a "One stop shop" for exams and glasses. My prior Vendor was two separate businesses, and it seemed they didn't work together too well.My first impression of the Office was great. Friendly Front Desk, EASY to get an appointment, and when I asked if Spectrum could provide a certain type of sunglasses that were impossible to get at my prior glasses seller, they quickly pulled out not only a possibility, but TEN different styles of exactly what I'd been looking for without success.
