Betsy has the patience of a saint because she helped me pick out the right frame. Dr. Richard and Neuro-Lens have probably changed my life for the better.

I wanted a new Vision Care Doctor, as well as a "One stop shop" for exams and glasses. My prior Vendor was two separate businesses, and it seemed they didn't work together too well.My first impression of the Office was great. Friendly Front Desk, EASY to get an appointment, and when I asked if Spectrum could provide a certain type of sunglasses that were impossible to get at my prior glasses seller, they quickly pulled out not only a possibility, but TEN different styles of exactly what I'd been looking for without success. SIGN ME UP!My initial appointment was called right on time, and the number of exam devices was impressive. The Vision Tech was thorough, and explained exactly what she was doing on each device.Dr. Richard took over, and described all my findings in detail. I couldn't have more confidence in a Doctor, and her pleasant, friendly demeanor eliminated my stress at seeing someone new for my vision needs.After the exam, I perused the multitude of available styles, and ordered several pairs, from the on-site Specialist. She took all the time required to assure what I ordered would fit properly, and when delivered on the date promised, re-checked fit & vision before I left.I could not recommend any Medical Office staff any higher than the Spectrum Vision Care crew.
