The doctors and nurse practitioners are wonderful. The reception staff is often rude and frequently not very professional. One woman acts like she is doing me a favor. I recently went in for an appointment and the doctor wasn’t there. I got a email confirming the appointment. I was told voice mails were left. It was not suggested I reschedule. I checked my phone no voicemails were left. I feel like more attention should be paid to cleanliness. The doors should be cleaned daily. Clearly people are not washing their hands coming or going. The evidence is all over the doors. If not for the doctor and nurse practitioner I’d go elsewhere. I don’t like... read full review
I love the staff, and the doctors!! Dr A is the best. You are a member of a family that cares about your pain, and helps you get relief. They also explain the causes of your pain. Highly recommend!! They make sure you are 100% okay while doing the RFA process.
Although I had an unsuccessful MILD procedure with Dr. Acharte, the steroid injection I received from him 6 months later did work beautifully. It’s only been a month since the injection but so far I’m feeling pain free. I realize that this will probably be a temporary fix but Dr. Acharte seems very concerned and wants to work with me to try other noninvasive options if the pain returns. So far I’m very pleased with him.
