Very satisfied with the entire sales to installation process. The two technicians that installed our Regency propane fireplace insert, Justin and Andy, were professional and courteous. The operating instructions they covered were clear and concise. Their job site was kept clean and orderly.

Great people to work with from the moment you walk in the door until the job is completed. We had a Regency Gas Insert installed as burning wood was getting too much of a hassle. Tom and Mike were great on the front end. Gave us an estimate of price and timing for installation. Immediately set up the site visit. Josh came out for a site visit and scheduled installation. Josh was back on the date promised and completed the installation in half a day. Could not have asked for a better job and process. Highly recommend Estates Chimney.
