Dr. Costa is not only well educated and informative, but he also has an exceptional bedside manner. It is evident that he values his patients and loves his profession. His attention to detail and ability to actually listen to his patient is insurmountable! Dr. Costa addressed each of my issues and provided an excellent treatment plan, complete with an easy-to-understand explanation of his findings. The entire staff was welcoming and pleasant.

I can't express my gratitude enough for Dr. Costa and Dr. Chou!
Dr. Costa is the most friendly, kind, and caring doctor I have met in my medical journey. He works comprehensively across my list of medical problems to make sure that I am treated in the best way possible. Without him, I never would have been diagnosed with POTS- something that was continuously misdiagnosed and making life increasingly difficult to manage. He's a great doctor and an amazing person. His schedule is always busy- and for good reason! If you can get in to seem him, I absolutely recommend him!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Premier and Dr Chou specifically. I called yesterday with acute knee pain and was seen today. Dr Chou was extremely thorough, listened attentively, and provided a detailed explanation of how he arrived at his diagnosis and treatment plan. He was also very personable and had an excellent bedside manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or the practice.
