“7/25/24 - Today was just a quick monthly haircut. Gina Marie, as always, made it a very pleasant visit and I left with just the haircut I was looking for.

This time, I took the time to find photos of myself with haircuts I liked. Gina Marie got it immediately. We added a few of her suggestions, and presto- the best haircut in years, and hopefully, a long-term relationship.
Everyone in the shop is very friendly, payment is very efficient and they listen to what you want, instead of pressuring you to buy stuff you don't want. Very glad I found Platinum.“

My first haircut was at another salon I showed the stylist a picture of how I wanted my hair she said no problem. When she was done she turned me around to see how she cut my hair. “I had never been here before, but I had a gift card and stopped in with my family one day to get some hair products. We didn't have any services done, just shopped the store. The whole main area is a store with hair products for men and women. They also had makeup, nail polish, and jewelry from a vendor for sale. The staff was so kind and courteous to us, answering questions about products and engaging with my kiddo. I expected the environment to be a little stiff, but it was warm and welcoming. The employees' interactions made me wish I was there for a service! On the way out the door, my daughter immediately asked when can we come back?“
