It is nearly 4 years since we have been visiting Dr. Pratt's practice, even though his office is about 45 minutes drive for us. He has one of the most up to date technology in his office. During the early days of pandemic when every thing was closed in 2020, I broke one of my ceramic crowns on a weekend day. When I wrote to him on his website, his office gave me an 8::00 AM special appointment on Monday morning to fix my tooth. By the way, he came to office with his assistant just to work on my tooth and apparently another patient who had some issue too. That is to me, compassion. We also like their higenists at his practice. He is honest and reasonable in his charges.
