Our plumber Jason was prompt, experienced and friendly. He diagnosed the issue causing a leaking showerhead quickly. The part, a Grohe cartridge inside the on/off handle, has been ordered and once installed, we will soon be back to normal. Good folks here.
We recently purchased a 50-year-old home and Chadds Ford Climate Control's plumbing team has been doing some of the deferred maintenance required. One issue, that started with the previous owners, was an intermittent overflow when the water conditioning system recharged. Earlier efforts to fix the issue hadn't worked, and yesterday Don came out and said "I'm not leaving here until it's fixed." And he didn't. It took some time and investigation, but I no longer have to wonder when I wake up if there will be water in the basement. Responsive and professional and recommended.
Don and Dominic came here yesterday and installed a new water softener system. Great experience beginning to end. They did not try to upcharge me like other companies often do. Don explained the project beforehand and then explained how to maintain it after the installation. They obviously knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend.
