“Osborne's rep came about 2 weeks ago and scheduled a date to begin work on garden maintenance, at an agreed upon rate. They scheduled an appointment to begin work, called to postpone it 2 days, and then never showed up again. Basically, they ghosted us with no explanation after agreeing to come out and do the work on a specific day. I unreservedly do not recommend them. Don't waste your time. Too bad, because we were about to talk to them about other work we needed to have done, including driveway resealing and a deck in the back. Also want to mention that they called me today to say they had seen my bad review and wanted to make good with us, but they never would have bothered to call if I had never posted that review. This is no way to treat a customer, and a bad way to do business. You can do better.“

The work was done professionally and the space has been used extensively and provides a great place for family and friends to meet.We are using them for another project again this year.Services: Concrete masonry“
