“I have been to three places for therapy in the last five years. To backtrack, I ‘ve suffered several strokes during the years and possibly have unspecified neurological condition. All three eventually told me that they could not help me. When I came Total Performance, Dr. Vasey truthfully told that she could improve my condition albeit it would not lead to perfection. She exceeded my expectations. I used a cane for years due to muscular weakness. She very patiently kneaded problem muscle groupings have resulted in a very marked difference, my cane collection has far lesser use. Kudos to Dr Caitlin!!“

“StretchLab has changed my life. I was having difficulty with a lack of flexibility that was making it painful for me to walk. After regular weekly visits, I was transformed - able to walk, run, jump, etc. without discomfort. Corey, Brandon, and Noah are great - they truly care about my well being. When I needed to take a break for a couple of months, Stretchlab showed me stretches to do at home and advised what strap to use. When I returned, I had not lost too much of the flexibility that I had gained before the break. What a great service and a wonderful team!“

“I have been going to this nail salon for years. Even when I moved out of the area I would try to fit in a nail appointment if I was in town. They do the best quality dip manicure that you can find. Sarah and Gin take their time to ensure they apply the dip in a way that will last. Also, they are very good at ombre and designs, so if you want something for a special occasion they can make it happen. Try to make an appointment before you go as they are usually pretty busy, but they take walk ins. Everyone who I know will not trust anyone else with their manicure!“
