Maldonado Construction worked on the roof of my parent's home located between Bloomsburg and Catawissa in June 2023. They were wonderful--from start to finish--on the roof to preview the job they sent me pictures; they were on the phone to keep me posted on materials and choices of color or delays in delivery--they kept me posted; payment was easy--they came to the bank itself (a real convenience for me). Their pricing was reasonable; not crazy. They work with integrity. These guys do quality work, they work hard, and they do not forget you. I am planning to work with them for basement renovation this winter.

They were absolutely amazing! From the estimate, to listening and understanding specific needs, to the actual work itself. They were easy to communicate with, affordable, great quality work (they clean up!!!), and super awesome people with professional, great personalities. Arrived on the days and time they said they would . Worked diligently, cleaned up daily, and were all very professional. Carlos came everyday to inspect and give instructions to the crew. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the crew chief or member of the crew. The cost of the project was fair and the way it was paid inspired faith in his work ethic. ( first payment -one third the total cost- was on the day of signing the contract, second payment was when the job was half way done and final payment was after inspection, Upon completion of the job)We plan on using his service for other jobs at our house.A very honest, amiable and courteous gentleman.
