I needed a lock rekeyed quickly and John was here within an hour. He had the job done fast and was professional. John even showed me where the door needed to be repaired to avoid any future issues. I highly recommend them!

First experience they failed to show up for the appointment and failed to call. I was told they had “an emergency” when I called and finally reached someone two hours after the appointment time. I was then told I would have to wait another week before they could reschedule. I guess Complete failure to make an appointment is not “an emergency.” Second appointment showed up more or less on time and had the problem solved quickly.
