Honest, reliable, true to his word, and competitive with pricing. He removed 2 trees with one in a non favorable location, grinded the stumps, and cleaned up perfectly. Did great on a removal. Personable, knowledgeable and happy to answer my general tree-replacement questions. Price was better than the quote I got from a national chain. Bonus: I got to play fetch with their dog while they were raking up debris!
