OHSG came directly to the house, explained in detail the process, using the pieces as they stood to help demonstrate what would be remedied in the restoration phase, as well as what changes they would make to ensure it matched the existing space around the pieces and improve its functionality.

Now at the end of the project, we couldn't be happier with their work. It looks fantastic, blends perfectly with the woodwork we have, and now features an added plate to protect the glass from the outside and increase temperature control in the entranceway.

The work was done at a reasonable price point given the precision required and we'd readily recommend OHSG for anyone trying to restore their own pieces or commission new ones.

Worth noting is that some of the particular parts may take time to procure, so things admittedly aren't speedy, but it was more than worth the wait to have the final product!“
