Carnegie Exterminators LLC is owned and operated by an husband and wife team. They answer the phone right away but also work via text and e-mail if that is what you prefer. I called one day and they came out the next morning. They accommodated me with an early morning appointment, were fast with their service and they don't overcharge or upsell you. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Ivan was very professional and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and set up a plan to irradiate my mouse issue. He also delt with a brown recluse spider! The pricing was reasonable and we set up a follow-up appointment to make sure that the bait boxes were doing their job.

If you need to get rid of bugs, Carnegie Exterminators is the place to go! Customer service is a number one! Very reasonable costs, prompt, attentive to you needs, reliable, kind and caring...except to the bugs :) Natalia, Evan and Mike learned well from their Uncle John who previously was owner!
